How to tell a real Deepsight invitation from a scam.
What a real invitation looks like
Real Deepsight invitations come from an address ending in @deepsightresearch.com.
Links in our emails point to deepsightresearch.com. To join our panel or check a study, you'll only ever use deepsightresearch.com.
We will never ask you to
- Pay a fee to join or take part
- Deposit a check and send money back
- Buy gift cards or cryptocurrency
- Share bank logins, passwords or one-time codes
If anyone claiming to be Deepsight asks for any of these, it's a scam. Don't reply, and let us know.
How to check an email
Don't use contact details from a message you're unsure about. Contact us directly at [email protected] or (508) 921-0923 and we'll confirm whether it came from us.
Why we may not name the study sponsor
Companies sometimes test unreleased products or want honest, unbiased opinions. In those cases we may not name the company behind a study until after it's over, or at all. We will always tell you who is running the study (us), what's involved, and what you'll be paid.
