Who can join?

Anyone 18 or older can join. Some studies look for specific groups, such as people who use a certain kind of app or device.

Why didn't I qualify for a study?

Each study looks for a specific mix of people. Not qualifying for one study doesn't affect your chances for the next, and it isn't a judgment about your answers.

How and when am I paid?

You're paid after you complete the study. We'll tell you the exact amount before you agree to take part, and share the method and timing in your invitation. See How pay works.

How do I update my details?

Who sees my information?

Our team uses it to match you with studies. Companies we run studies for only see what is needed for a study you agree to join. See our Privacy policy.

Will a company try to sell to me?

No. Studies are research, not sales. Companies never receive your details for marketing, and you should never be asked to buy anything.
