Participant terms

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to join the panel. Each study has its own screener, and taking part in one study doesn't guarantee a place in another. Please answer screeners honestly; inaccurate answers may disqualify you.

Incentives and payment

Each invitation states the incentive before you agree to take part. You'll be paid after you complete the study. We'll share the method and timing in your invitation.

Conduct

Be on time, take part in good faith and treat moderators and other participants with respect. We may remove people from the panel for repeated no-shows, misleading answers or abusive behavior.

Confidentiality

Studies often involve unreleased products and ideas. You may be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement, and you agree not to share, record or publish what you see or hear during a study.

Some sessions are recorded. Depending on the study, the client company that sponsored it may watch the session live or receive the recording. We'll always tell you before a session whether it will be recorded and who will see it, and ask for your consent.

Leaving the panel

You can leave at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
