How pay works
Every Deepsight study is paid, and the amount depends on how much time and effort it asks of you. We'll always tell you the exact amount before you agree to take part.
- Remote surveys: quick online questionnaires you can finish from anywhere
- 1:1 interviews: a video conversation about how you use a product
- Online focus groups: a moderated video discussion with a small group
- App usability and beta tests: trying out an app or feature and sharing what works and what doesn't
- In-person product tests: hands-on sessions at a venue near Boston
Shorter tasks like surveys pay less. Longer or more involved sessions, like focus groups and in-person tests, pay more. You'll be paid after you complete the study. We'll share the method and timing in your invitation.
